LETS EAT!!!

We held an eating meditation on Saturday that everyone seemed to enjoy. A lot of people have asked what we provided, well the short answer is bite sized cookies, crackers and prepackaged nuts/fruit and cheeses. This ensured an option for everyone and an opportunity to utilize what we have learned as a group to put our mindfulness into action. The meditation was quick and we had a light meeting following the meditation. It was a little off format, but everyone seemed to enjoy a slight change to the regularly scheduled program. It was an opportunity for conversation, inquiry and experimentation. It also allowed us to get to know each other on a more personal level, which truthfully allowed for us to become a bit more comfortable.

Our parent program in the Kalamazoo area Om Yoga Kalamazoo will be offering a Yoga Nidra class this weekend. Check out the website at http://www.omyogakalamazoo.com for more details. Class size is limited and strongly encouraged to reserve a slot.

Finally, we will be adding a new meeting on Friday evenings beginning the first week of March 2018 at 7:30-9 pm. This will be a late meeting and will be a trial run to determine if the meeting time is appropriate or not. Attendance will determine the success of the time slot, and if numbers are low, we will not continue with them. But due to an amazing community; we have no doubt it will be a success.
