When Loved Ones Reach Out

Coming up to the Holidays, we need to be aware of the loved ones that are struggling with addiction. Our response can be the difference between helping or hurting, not that we necessarily need to be in control of our loved ones lives, just access alone can be a turning point for our loved ones. If we are receptive, we are listening to the struggles and acknowledging them reaching out. We cater to their needs and their concerns. We are able to observe their red flags.

If we are reactive, we just hear them saying what they say and leave it at that. It is better explained in the video-so check it out.
