Where Do You Go From Here?

We have had an amazing adventure in 2024 and so far it has far exceeded my expectations. We have seen things we never would have, had we not taken the risks, opportunities or made shitty decisions that we have made. We have done well together, and we have done it for each other.

We are a travelling family, not houseless, nor are we homeless. Many people think that we are-because they don’t totally understand the concept of what we do as a family. We DO in fact have a home, and pets and family scattered about the midwest. We are here for them when necessary, for example: a funeral on Friday in which I will be attending in Lansing. We live in Louisiana…..

We came up to spend time with our soon to be grandchild, our soon to be niece, our families and friends. Constantly, forever changing scenery, mindset, challenges, intellectual competition within ourselves, but most of all; we are here, and that is all that matters. We Exist! As do you. In a broken world, full of broken promises, dreams and hope.

But, with all the negative, we can assume that our lives will transition if we put in the effort, the work, the grind. Do you ever feel defeated when doing so? Do you ever feel that you aren’t “worth” anything-or feel that you are not where you were “supposed” to be in your life, at your age? I am sure that you have had wonder about how it was supposed to be, and in comparison to how it actually is; how much difference is there?

Where do we go from here? No, not physically, no “where is the next destination” I am speaking of….how do you get to where you want to be in life, without sacrificing all the hard work you have put into simply living? That depends heavily on where you intend to be tomorrow. Mostly, it depends on where your mind, body and soul is, right now. And right now; it’s like this.
