Take a test to determine if you go into the candidate pool, but do we drown before we get there? How many times have we been asked a question that has zero relevence to the job, how about “where do you see yourself in five years”? Hopefully gainfully employed with a mortage and car payment, but if you don’t give us a chance, we will never have that!
